Meet 3 Month Old Kennedy {Pearland Texas Baby Photographer}

I snuck Kennedy in for her three month session before we go off on our family vacation this week.  I'm glad I did because I'm not sure what I'm going to do without my baby fix for a week! Sigh! Kennedy was SO good for her session.  She's a very strong girl and did poses I haven't had a three month old do yet.  She was so strong that she stood holding onto her Mommy's fingers for some shots! Yes, I know it! Big girl, right? She also came over with a whole wardrobe fit for a beautiful princess! We had a lot of fun picking her outfits and coordinating headbands. Meet Kallum {Houston Texas Newborn Baby Photography}

This is little Kallum. He was born the end of May and came to me a little bit older for his newborn session. He was wide awake for awhile, but eventually he gave in (they all do!).  A little bit of Mom's milk and a little warmth from the heater and it was lights out for him! We got some really great shots of him and I'm excited to share his sneak peek. Oh and look at his beautiful head of hair! I hated to cover his head up with hats, but I wouldn't be Aimee if I didn't so of course I adorned that sweet little head with some hats!  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek, "R" Family! A Very Special Maternity Session {Pearland Texas Maternity Portraits}

I love maternity and newborn work. I'm pretty sure you've picked up on that by now. I think I find it so inspiring because of the long journey my husband and I had becoming parents.  I'm not going to make this post about me, but I do want to touch on the fact that the connection I have with pregnancy and newborns feels engrained in my soul.  This couple is expecting twin girls and while you think Mom looks tiny, you would be right. She is still fairly early in her twin pregnancy and she is carrying monoamniotic twins. She is experiencing a very high risk pregnancy.  As a matter of fact, she's about to go into the hospital on bedrest for the remainder of her pregnancy and they wanted to get maternity portraits done before she goes into the hospital.  This couple has a very long journey ahead of them! I was very touched by their story and I will continue to keep them in my thoughts and prayers until their girls get here safe and sound (which I know they will!).  I had such a great time at your session, "B" Family! Thank you for letting me capture such a special time in your lives! I feel so blessed to be a tiny part of capturing these memories for you guys!  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek! Truly Gorgeous Maternity Session {Pearland Texas Maternity Portraits}

I really had a great time at this maternity session. Sometimes you get a maternity client that is daring and adventurous and this sweet lady was one of those.  I loved that she showed some skin and had ideas to share with me on shots that we could make our own. She was absolutely gorgeous too which made my "job" very easy! She brought her husband and  precious son along for some shots too. The family shot I'm including in this sneak peek is one of my favorite family portraits to date and it's not the scenery or the actual shot, it's just how happy all of them look in the portrait together! I had a great time with you, "A" Family! Thank you for letting me capture such a special time in your lives as your family expands! I wish you a safe and easy delivery and we'll see you back for your sweet daughter's newborn portraits real soon!  I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Meet Sofie and Carlie {Pearland Texas Newborn Portraits}

These little girls are Miss Sofie and Miss Carlie. They were 8 weeks old at their newborn session because they came early and were still just tiny at only around 6 lbs. each. Both of them slept great, but we only had a small window of shots together where they were both in deep deep sleep. I worked fast changing out hats and headbands to get a lot of shots of them together. Mom was a LSU Momma and Dad was a Texas Tech Dad (you'll see what I'm talking about...).  I truly enjoyed my time with these two because as you have probably figured out Aimee loves newborns! Two at my home studio at once, felt like heaven on earth! Thank you, "S" Family for letting me photograph Carlie and Sofie as newborns. They are just precious and you are SO blessed! Meet Jackson {Pearland Texas Family Photographer}

Jackson came to see me for the first time for his 1 year pictures.  He was simply the cutest thing ever! The last two pictures are his "real" smile and I had to include them because well, it's Jackson (and his parents promised it was his real smile!)!
